 All items are made in limited quantity. When the items are sold out, they will not return.

Do you ship worldwide?                                                    

Yes, we do ship worldwide except to Crimea, Cuba, Iran, Syria and North Korea                                     

                

What is the shipping cost?    

 All shipping costs vary depending on the destination of the order. When checking out, you will be asked to include your address, there you are able to see how much the shipping will cost.

 

Has my order been sent yet?      

You will receive an e-mail as soon as the order has been sent. If you have not receive the e-mail within 7 days, please send an e-mail to info@libsstudio.com.

 

What is the delivery time for my order?  

 We always try to ship the orders as soon as possible. There could be exceptions, but in general we will ship all orders within 3-5 workdays.

 

 Do I get a tracking number?    

 Yes, you will receive the tracking number by e-mail, when the order has been shipped.

 

 What are the requirements for returning items?  

 1. All products must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.

2. Make sure the product you return is in its original condition (unworn and unwashed)

3. Shipping back is at the customer’s cost, use paper included in the package to find sending address.

4. The package must also be in its original packing.

 

How long does it take to get a refund?
