We apologize that your item did not work out.

We will accept all returns and cover the expenses for error on our part, in other words, misprints, damaged goods or defective products.

We do not refund for buyer's remorse and size related reasons as the products are made as soon as you make an order and requesting a different size entails the creation of a second product. 

If your return reason is eligible, the requirements for your return to be accepted for refunds are as follow:

  1. All products must be returned within 14 days from the delivery date.
  2. Make sure the product you return is in its original condition (unworn and unwashed)
  3. Shipping back is at the customer’s cost, use paper included in the package to find sending address.
  4. The package must also be in its original packing.

The first step is to email us pictures and explain the reason of return at info@libsstudio.com. We’ll follow back and let your know if we have accepted or declined your request as soon as our support team gets the email.

If accepted you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within 14 days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanging products

As mentioned above, exchanging products isn't permitted as the product are made as you make an order and requesting a different size entails the creation of a second product. 

If you ordered an item and wish to change the size, color or both, we advise you to return the product, which you will be subject to pay for the shipping back to the warehouse, and place a new order with the wanted size/color again. 

We are trying our best to limit the amount of returns and exchanges due to our business set up and to reduce our environmental footprint. Please refer to our size guide that can be found on each product and model sizes, that can be used as a reference point, before making an order.
