Once your order is submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from us. We take about 5–7 business days to create apparel products and 2–5 business days for non-apparel products. Then you should receive a fulfillment email from us once your item is ready to be shipped. we’ll include tracking number if the shipping option/carrier selected provides it . Once shipped, you will receive your item in within 7 days.

97% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 3 business days or less.

Some products are produced or stored in a certain region of the world and those will be subject to a longer shipping time. When viewing the product description, you will have text such as ''Shipping outside the US/CA for this product can take up to 2-3 weeks**'' 

Some products are made outside of the US, and those products have a text in red informing you that clearance costs may apply if ordered outside the. We advise that you learn about your country laws on the clearance cost as the customer is expected to cover that cost. If you as a customer are from the EU, we encourage you to read about the new VAT and Shipping regulations that were put forward as of July. 

Keep in mind that due to COVID-19 our Shipping time has increased. We advise to simply keep track of your order though the tracking link shared to you email when the product leaves the warehouse. We’re working hard to get back to the previous shipping dates. Please bare with us on this hard times.
