THE FOLLOWING ARE OUR GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS.

We have the right to change these terms and conditions. ?You agree that the latest version of these terms and conditions will apply to our agreement at all times.?

 

Article 1 - Products

We sell clothing.

 

Article 2 - Payments

Article 3 - Deliveries

We deliver your product to the address you provided when ordering. You can no longer change the address if we have already shipped the package. ?PostNL, UPS, DHL? takes care of the distribution. We do our best to deliver the order as soon as possible. If the order is delayed, we will notify you in writing. We guarantee that you will receive your order within 30 days after confirmation of your order. If this is not possible, you can ask us (a) to immediately refund the amount you paid for the product, or (b) to send you a replacement product (of equivalent value).

 

Article 4 - Return

You may return the product at any time within 14 days of receiving it. You can do this by using the return form or by sending an e-mail to info@libsstudio.com. After you receive a confirmation from us, you must return the product within 14 days. If we have received the product, we will refund the full purchase price within 8 weeks. The cost of returning the product will be for your account. During the period you have to consider whether to keep the product, you must handle the product and its packaging carefully. You may only unpack and use the product to the extent necessary to determine whether you want to keep the product. Article 5 - Liability

We are not liable for any damage caused by the use of a product. This does not apply if the damage was caused by our intent, gross negligence or willful recklessness. Your right to compensation shall in any case not exceed the amount of the ordered and paid product.

 

Article 6 - Intellectual property rights

All intellectual property rights (such as: copyrights, logos, word marks) to our texts, photos, images and other materials are our property (or we manage them with the permission of the owner). Your use may not infringe this.

 

Article 7 - Complaints procedure

If you have a complaint about the execution of the agreement, please let us know. Send your complaint as soon as possible (and described as fully as possible) to info@libsstudio.com. We will deal with your complaint as quickly as possible, at the latest within 3 days after we have received your complaint. If it takes longer to process your complaint, you will receive a confirmation of your complaint within 2 days and we will let you know when we expect a substantive response. If we are unable to resolve the complaint among ourselves, a dispute arises that falls under the dispute resolution procedure.

 

Article 8 - Dispute resolution

These general terms and conditions and the agreements we conclude with you are governed by Dutch law. In the event of a dispute, the court in Rotterdam shall have jurisdiction.
